Enrolled Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate *Enrolled Nurse* to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide quality nursing care and support to patients while working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes. _*Job description*_ * Responsible for phlebotomy duties. * Maintain all equipment and stocks used for phlebotomy. * Maintain patient/client confidentiality. * Must know process of drawing blood * Knowledge of specialized tests that are requested * Ensure phlebotomy protocols are followed * Data capturing * Practice infection control standards at all times * Must be competent with taking cash up front, doing recons for Billing. * Needs to be hands on and focused when it comes to chasing results. * Completion of logs in all clinical settings e.g, Decontamination and temperature logs *Requirements:* * 5-10 Years’ Experience. * Flexible with Shifts and with own reliable transport. * Must have drivers license. * Excellent customer service, Communication skills * Must be prepared to work Overtime, Weekends and Public Holidays when required. * Must be Registered with SANC 2026 * Laboratory experience preferred * Attending the relevant in-service training and workshops * Knowledge of specialized tests *Competencies:* * Patient-focused approach. * Attention to detail. * Professionalism and integrity. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills.
